The studio is led by Adriana Fernández and Alejandro Costa, whose complementary roles define the way we work across all projects. Adriana leads the strategic direction of the studio, coordinating decision-making processes from the earliest stages and ensuring that each project is aligned with the client’s objectives, operational requirements and long-term vision. Her role focuses on structuring complexity, bringing clarity to early-stage choices and guiding projects through the different layers of stakeholders, constraints and opportunities.
Alejandro directs the technical design, translating strategy into precise, buildable solutions. He oversees the development of projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring consistency, technical rigour and control at every stage. His approach focuses on materialising decisions into coherent spatial and construction systems, where
performance, efficiency and design intent are fully aligned.
Together, they operate as a single framework, linking strategy and execution into a continuous process. This structure allows the studio to work across different scales and sectors with clarity and precision, ensuring that each project is both strategically grounded and technically resolved
