A masterplan for senior living, coliving and wellness integrated within a preserved natural landscape in Asturias.
Inspired by traditional Asturian settlement patterns, the proposal concentrates density into compact community clusters that minimise land impact while maximising social interaction, accessibility and connection with nature.
Buildings follow the natural topography and organise around the restored stream landscape, reducing earthworks, limiting vehicle presence and prioritising pedestrian and cycling routes.
Industrialised timber construction, local materials and phased development strategies allow the project to reduce environmental impact while creating a contemporary ecosystem for remote work, wellbeing and community life
