A site assessment for a private client exploring the acquisition of a plot in Phoenix, Arizona, aimed at
maximising residential yield without compromising living quality.
The project tests how density and habitability can coexist. Working within local regulations, a series of layout
strategies are developed to increase the number of units while maintaining comfortable spatial standards,
integrating usable green areas and responding to solar orientation and climate.
The proposal is supported by an industrialised construction approach using locally sourced timber systems,
ensuring efficiency, buildability and cost control. The result is a clear framework for decision-making, where
spatial performance and investment logic are aligned from the outset
